aiyaaa. my sleeping habits are terrible.

my mind has been restless.

2006 started off rough for me, but i haven't given up hope. hope is what i cling onto to get thru difficult times. i believe i can make this a good year if i want it to be. and if i go by the lunar calendar, the new year hasn't even begun yet...

I'm traveling again...

This time I am writing from Rome, Italy.

(From the movie La Dolce Vita... I tossed 2 coins in to ensure my return to Rome, but will I also find true love?)

My parents went on a european cruise & disembarked in Rome... so I flew over to meet them! I wish I could spend more time in Rome so that I can explore the Vatican museums more... but I'll have wait til next time cuz we're driving to Naples. I look forward to enjoying some excellent seafood & wine! Then we're scheduled to go to Munich for a few days (Oktoberfest!)... & I'm hoping to stop by Switzerland before returning home.

I gotta keep this brief but I'll post pix when i get back!

I finally made it to Austin... after 17 hours on the road! Maaaadness. I'll post pix from the roadtrip asap. Now I'm gonna go enjoy this lil vacation.....ACL here I come!
